    Horrible customer service!! The few last times that I had went in there the teller was sooo rude. I could deal with that, but the real problem came when I went to close the business account. Everything was ok untill I realized the account had not fully closed. In the first place, it would have been nice for them to have explained to me a few things when I chose to close it. Then I called the bank and again, and the teller was soo extremely rude. She argued with me that If I moved away then why did I not change my address... now, my question was how would I change my address if I did not know i was moving AFTER I had decided to close the account. She did not even let me speak, basically she said she did not care and hung up.. what kind of service is that!!! I'm not blaming the bank, because I called another branch and there attitude was completely different towards the issue..They even convinced me to calling Page again to speak to a bank supervisor to see if they could at least help with the fees. When I did, they almost spoke to me as if I had offended them. I'm the type of person who will not answer if the number Is unknown, if it's that important than you leave a voicemail! That person was extremely rude as well, arguing she had left a voicemail... my point is, I was ALWAYS polite as I spoke and remained calm even with all the issues I had. I at least expected them to speak to me In the same way!!!! If I still lived there I'd definitely bank at the other bank, just so I didn't have to go to this branch to deal with this customer service..
